The
Redoxomorphic Teaching/Research Farm includes fields 1 and 3.
The name Redoxomorphic refers to the soil formations which
result from oxidation/reduction that occurs in the soil profile
due to the fluctuating water table. The redoxomorphic formation
exists in certain locations in field 3. Corn and alfalfa
varietal trials are being conducted at this farm.
