Student-run enterprise. Students grow, manage, and market crops. Students develope sophisticated horticultural skills while learning management and business practices. Crops: Tomato, Cucumber, Lettuce, and Gerbera Daisies. Modular systems allow students to experiment with fertilization and production practices. Crops are pesticide-free. Biological predator and parasites are used to control mites and insect pests.
