| The Equine Operation includes
a new 34,000 square foot breeding and hunter jumper
facility. This state-of-the-art facility includes a
34-stall mare barn, 31-stall hunter jumper barn, five-stall
stallion barn, and two climate-controlled stalls. A
complete breeding laboratory, collection area, and laptop
classroom are included. Another facility is a 90' x
300' riding arena with a heated classroom. Two
additional stables, a driving facility with a covered round
pen, and six run outs complete the building. Enhancing
the facilities are a one-half mile racing track, four hot
walkers, three round pens, two 100' x 200' riding arenas,
paddocks, and riding trails. There are approximately
200 horses on site. |
