terms of people employed, capital investment,
total production and services. The need has
never been greater for young men and women,
who possess high levels of technical skills to
produce, sell and distribute agricultural
products while maintaining a delicate
environmental balance.

Industries that provide capital, machines,
equipment, chemicals, fertilizer, seeds and
services, will need ever-increasing numbers of
technically trained people. Allied areas such as
the Equine industry, the Green industries
and the Environmental industry will also need young people with high levels of technical skills.
