The
instructional program in Electrical Engineering Technology at Morrisville State College
is intended:
- to have students explore the exciting world of analog and digital electronics, electrical power and computing to qualify them for well paying jobs in technology, manufacturing, or to prepare them for continued education in the technologies of the future.
- to give
the students the necessary tools and motivation such that they can continue
to learn independently after graduation.
- to provide
the necessary scientific and technical fundamentals such that graduates
will succeed if and when they transfer after graduation to an upper
division school of technology.
- to make
the students aware of modern techniques of problem solution, without
sacrificing their ability to produce solutions using more classical
approaches.
