What Is Readmission?
Readmission to Morrisville State College is for students who have previously been enrolled in a degree program and wish to re-enter. In order to re-enroll students must provide the proper information.

Readmission Requirements
Students who have been Academically Dismissed must attend another college, take six credits or more, be approved by the Dean, and receive a C or better for each class.
A new SUNY application must be submitted.
A letter explaining how you are now better prepared to be successful is also required.
A student who has been Disciplinary Dismissed must also obtain approval from the Dean of Students.
Several campus offices will be contacted to provide additional information regarding your possible return to Morrisville State College. All of your previous financial obligations must be satisfied and previous academic or social disciplinary conditions must be met before any further action is approved. After these conditions are met, your application will be reviewed for readmission. Please note, providing the information does not guarantee readmission.

How to Apply for Readmission
- Download and fill out the readmission application. Fax or send the form to the Admissions Office.
- Provide a letter explaining your activities since you last attended Morrisville.
- Please request any college transcripts obtained since you left Morrisville.
- If you have been away from Morrisville longer than 5 years, please provide a high school transcript. If you earned a degree from Morrisville, a high school transcript is not required.
- If you have been away from Morrisville for longer than 5 years or were academically dismissed, you must apply through SUNY.
Readmission Priority Application Deadlines
- August 15th for Fall Semester
- January 10th for Spring Semester
