SOCI 201 - Social Problems
A consideration of problems confronting contemporary civilization. Topics include institutional problems within family, economic, political, religious and educational systems, as well as the effect of these problems on individuals. Potential solutions to social problems will be addressed. Prerequisite: SOCI 101, HIST 103 or permission of instructor 3 credits (3 lecture hours), spring semester These credits count toward the Social Sciences (list C) requirements for graduation.
