Morrisville State College

Students will be nominated for the award by a committee comprised of staff from the Syracuse Educational Opportunity Center (EOC). Eligible nominees will be members of a minority group who have been enrolled at the EOC who plan to attend Morrisville State College. The award recognizes the achievements of Dr. Henry Washington, one of Syracuse's first black physicians and an active member of several community organizations.
