New York State Immunization Law
In accordance with NYS Law, any student born after January 1, 1957, must provide proof of immunity to measles, mumps and rubella. Students will not be able to register or attend classes without this documentation on record in the Health Center Office.

Doses required of live virus vaccine:
MMR recommended (first dose on or after first birthday)

MMR recommended (first dose on or after first birthday)
- Measles: Two doses at least 30 days apart
- Mumps: One dose
- Rubella: One dose
- Documentation of medically diagnosed disease for measles or mumps only!
- Serologic evidence of immunity for each disease: measles, mumps and rubella.
