Profile - Kerry J. Beadle CEC, CFE


Kerry has been at Morrisville State College for seven years. He possesses a strong background in Culinary skills and is a Certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation. He also is certified by the International Food Service Executives Association as a Certified Food Executive. Kerry teaches all food labs but has a diverse background in Hospitality Management. He supervises the student operated restaurant on campus. He is co-advisor for the student branch of International Food Service Executives. When he is not on campus or teaching at one of our satellite locations, Kerry is managing the White Eagle Conference Center in Hamilton, New York.

He earned a bachelor of science degree in Food Systems Management from Syracuse University and a master of science degree in Hospitality Service Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. Kerry has a very strong management and food service background, having worked as Executive Chef and general manager of the American Management Association Conference Center. He is very active in local youth sports and was the founder of the Friendship Inn, a prepared and perishable food program developed to meet the needs of the less fortunate. In his spare time, Kerry enjoys distance running and has completed two Walt Disney World Marathons.
