Automotive and Diesel Technology

Morrisville State College offers several unique and high-demand associate degree programs for students pursuing careers in automotive and diesel technology. Morrisville also is the only school to offer a bachelor degree in automotive technology east of the Mississippi.

Facilities offered to you include chassis, emission, electrical, power-train, tractor and diesel fuel systems laboratory. Acquiring a wealth of hands-on and academic experiences prepares you to become a leader in the transportation industry.

The college also has long-standing relationships with industry leaders in the field, including Ford Motor Company and Caterpillar.

Career opportunities available to you upon graduation include parts technician, factory representative, electric power generation technician, sales or body specialists. With a bachelor degree you have the knowledge to become a manager or supervisor in the automotive industry, or continue your study towards advanced degrees in technology education or engineering.
