AdmissionsOrientation: Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation (MAC)
MAC's informational tables will be in the Recreation Center during Orientation. The Campus Store will be open and is located across from STUAC on the lower level of the Butcher Library.
Our tables include:
- ID Cards: You must get your college ID picture taken. Your ID card is a necessity - it will give you access to dining halls, dorms, the library, computers and more. The line will be long so please remember to get your picture taken early. You will be able to pick up your ID on welcome weekend.
- Meal Plans: Receive information about the different meal plans available and what they cost.
- Job Opportunities: Visit this table to learn about the part time jobs available to students around campus and to pick-up an application.
- Transportation: MAX, Morrisville Area Xpress, is our campus shuttle service. Stop by and receive information on daily schedules and off-campus shuttle service.
- Campus Store: Stop in to the Campus Store to check out the large selection of merchandise. Don’t forget to ask about our on-line textbook ordering system, Text Xpress. It's fast, it's easy, and it's free!

College ID
Be sure to pick up your college ID!
Your college ID is not just an ordinary ID card! It is a high-tech, multipurpose identification and transaction card. Your picture is on your card for security purposes.
Your ID card is a necessary part of your college career here at Morrisville.

Your ID card is a valid picture ID on campus. - Meal Plans:
In order to use your meal plan at dining halls you must have your ID card. - Building Access:
Certain buildings require your ID card to enter, such as some residence halls, computer labs, and classrooms. - Purchases:
Your ID card carries your Mustang Money and Dining Plus Points which can be used at certain locations on and off campus. - Library Card:
The Library required your ID card to check out books. - Computer Access
Certain computers and labs require your ID card. - Automotive Repairs
- Health Center
You may want to pick up an ID holder as well, which can attach to your lanyard or key chain. If you lose your ID card you will be charged $5 for a replacement!
Meal Plans for Resident or Non-Resident Students
Dining Services provides meal plans with 17, 14, 12, or 10 meal opportunities per week. All residence plans feature a Dining Plus account for additional food purchases at all MAC dining locations and snack bars.
Students residing on campus are REQUIRED to pick either a 17, 14, 12, or 10 meal plan. Non-resident students and students living in the Commons may select from the 17, 14, 12, 10, 7 or 5 meal plan, Dining Plus Account or the Commuter Plan.
Dining Plus is a declining balance account good for food purchases at our dining locations. Mustang Money is a declining balance debit account for purchases at our campus locations and some downtown merchants.

If you’re not sure what size linens will be needed for dorm beds, don’t worry. We have the right sizes in an assortment of colors and packages.
Campus Store Rewards Program
We appreciate having you as our customer and want to say thanks. Our new rewards program earns you points based upon your purchases with us. We’ll even give you free points just for signing up!
Additional Services
We know that it’s tough being away from home. To make things a little easier, the Campus Store offers Western Union Money Services and Shortline/Coach USA Daily Bus Service.

Laptops and Cell Phones
Laptops: ThinkPad University
Morrisville State College's ThinkPad University program provides each student with a laptop. The laptops are integrated into many Morrisville State College courses and throughout the campus. Using Raylink wireless mobile technology, students can access information anywhere on campus. This not only includes academic buildings, but also residence halls, dining facilities, lounges, and even outside!
Cell Phones: Nextel
All students living on campus will be given a Nextel phone to use so they can make local and campus calls. You'll always have a connection!
MAC's Tech Center MAC's facility handles Lenovo laptop computer sales, service contracts and operates a full service Lenovo Warranty and Repair Shop. The Technology Center also maintains NEXTEL mobile phone distribution, phone contracts and phone upgrade.
Job Opportunities
Apply for a part time job with MAC! Each year as many as 200 students are employed in various MAC facilities with the average weekly employment consisting of 4-20 hours per week.

MAC employs students at Nelson Farms, Copper Turret, Seneca Dining Center, STIX, Mustang Alley, The Pit Stop and Morrisville Iceplex.
What kinds of jobs does MAC offer?
Skate Guards, Ice Resurfaces, Pro-Shop Salespeople, Food Servers, Prep Cooks, Grill Station Cooks, Dish Room Attendants, Dining Room Monitors, Production Assistants and many seasonal positions.
