Tutoring
Morrisville State College students are encouraged to take advantage of the free academic peer and professional tutoring services. Individual help is available by appointment or on a walk-in basis. Students may arrange to work with a tutor on a short-term basis or throughout the semester.
Tutoring begins the second week of classes each semester and runs continuously until the last day of classes.
Some study groups are available for courses offered on campus. The study groups are facilitated by trained peer tutors in cooperation with specific content area instructors.

Become a Tutor
General Requirements to become a peer tutor at the Academic Support Center:- Students must have earned an "A" or "B" in the courses in which they are tutoring for.
- Two recommendations must be received from specific content area instructors.
- Tutors must maintain a semester GPA of 2.75.
