The first step to career success is identifying what you are good at, what interests you, and what motivates you, known as self-assessment. The next step to defining your ideal career path is to learn as much as you can about your targeted job(s) and career field(s) to make sure they are the match you envision. You also need to determine what skills, experience, and knowledge you need to acquire in and out of the classroom.
