The Rays of Light Award
- Recognizes those students who actively and selflessly serve their community
- Recipient receives a $100 gift certificate to the Bookstore
Criteria
- 2.0 GPA
- Unpaid activity only (on or off campus)
- No college credits connected with the activity
- Students must carry at least 9 credit hours per semester
Rays of Light: Servant Leadership Award
- $700.00 with $200.00 going to recipient's choice of charity
- Statue
- Name added to plaque in Whipple Administration Building
Criteria
- Junior standing 2.5 GPA
- Application form Academic Transcript and Service Transcript
- 500 word essay
- One letter of support from the charity chosen to recieve the $200.00 award
Nominations
- Faculty, Staff, and Students may nominate any student
- Nominate Online or place your nominations at Mustang Alley, Seneca Dining Hall, the Library, or Charlton Hall Lobby
