The I.L. Richer Scholarship provides one merit award per year to a student enrolled in the agricultural program who meets financial assistance requirements.  Applications may be obtained from the Institutional Advancement Office, Brooks Hall 315, or by calling 315-684-6020.  Application deadline is April 1 of each year.
