Morrisville State College

The Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation at Morrisville State College is proud to announce the application process for the Calvin Dunkle Bookstore Credit Award for the Fall Semester, 2013.  All of the Dunkle Awards will be given as a “line of credit” established at the Campus Store. Some restrictions may apply to bookstore credits.

Full-Time Students:  MAC will award 40 - $200 Calvin Dunkle Bookstore Credits. Only full-time students at the Morrisville or Norwich Campus are eligible to apply for these awards.

Part-Time Students:  MAC will award 10 - $100 Calvin Bookstore Credits.  Only part-time students at the Morrisville or Norwich Campus are eligible for these awards.

Eligibility:  All full or part-time students with a minimum grade point average of 2.0 are eligible to apply for one of the Dunkle Awards. A full time student is one who is currently registered for 12 or more credit hours.  Eligibility will be based on a cumulative grade point average. A part-time student is a student currently registered for less than 12 hours. A student who drops credits during the fall semester to less than 12 hours will not be considered a full-time student and will forfeit his or her award.  

Selection Process:  Selection of the recipients will be based upon the completion of the application and a review of the application by the MAC Scholarship Committee. Several criteria will be used in the selection process including scholarship information and college and community service.  

Announcements of Winners:  Winners will be announced prior to the end of classes in May, 2013.  All recipients must be registered and in attendance during the fall semester to receive their awards. If the student does not attend classes during the fall semester, the student will forfeit the award.  It may not be used in a subsequent semester.  

Deadline for Submission of Applications:  Applications are available at the Morrisville and Norwich Campus Stores and the MAC Business Office located in Hamilton Hall. Completed applications must be submitted to the MAC Business Office by April 8, 2013 for consideration for the Fall Semester, 2013.
