Rescue Update

The Morrisville State College community is happy to provide a temporary shelter for the animals recently rescued from a farm in nearby Stockbridge. We appreciate all the offers of support and concern expressed as we have responded to this difficult circumstance. As a public college, we are not in a position to accept donations directly in support of this rescue effort. If you want to make inquiries regarding donations toward the care of these animals, Kimberly Strong, of Lainey’s Army, is coordinating the care efforts. Ms. Strong can be contacted directly at 315-794-6372 or via the “Justice for Lainey” Facebook page.

“What was great about the TET (Teacher Education Transfer) program at Morrisville is it provided me with the opportunity to participate in several observations of teachers in the Morrisville-Eaton Central School District.  Right from my freshman year I was able to observe and even teach my own lesson plans. This gave me more confidence and an advantage over other students when it came time to student-teach during my senior year in college.”
