Rescue Update

The Morrisville State College community is happy to provide a temporary shelter for the animals recently rescued from a farm in nearby Stockbridge. We appreciate all the offers of support and concern expressed as we have responded to this difficult circumstance. As a public college, we are not in a position to accept donations directly in support of this rescue effort. If you want to make inquiries regarding donations toward the care of these animals, Kimberly Strong, of Lainey’s Army, is coordinating the care efforts. Ms. Strong can be contacted directly at 315-794-6372 or via the “Justice for Lainey” Facebook page.

What advice would you give other students?

“No matter what happens, finish what you start. Don’t be afraid to do more and get involved on campus. Don’t be satisfied with being average; it’s easy to be average, but it takes time and dedication to be great. Nothing great comes easy or happens overnight.”
