Mission
The mission of the Crump-Johnson Institute is to promote
diversity and to achieve the following goals:
• Increase diversity among faculty and staff on the
Morrisville State College
campus
• Provide diversity-oriented programming
• Promote academic scholarship for minority students
• Promote character building and leadership skills activities
for
students
The program consists of four (4) separate initiatives that,
throughout the year, assist the campus and students in reaching
these goals. The four initiatives are as follows:
• Student Fellows Program
• Scholarship Initiative
• Faculty Recruitment Initiative
• Faculty Diversity Initiative
