- 7.3.3 Develop & secure funding for the anaerobic methane digester
- 7.3.4 Develop & secure funding for Norwich Campus operations
- 7.3.5 Develop & secure funding for the Auto Performance Center
- 7.3.6 Develop & secure funding for the Equine Rehabilitation/Racing Center
- 7.3.7 Develop & secure funding for the athletic stadium & hospitality box
- 7.3.8 Develop & secure funding for the design center
7.4 Strengthen relationships and increase interaction with alumni:
- 7.4.1 Increase number of alumni making donations
- 7.4.2 Increase attendance at alumni functions
- 7.4.3 Engage more alumni in planning and development of archival activities
7.5 Increase quality and frequency of communication with alumni and donors:
- 7.5.1 Convert Alumni News to magazine format
- 7.5.2 Notify scholarship donors of account balances and winners
- 7.5.3 Utilize electronic communications and social media to distribute college news
7.6 Develop culutre of philanthropy amoung current student population:
- 7.6.1 Obtain the first class gift by May 2011
- 7.6.2 Add bronze Mustang Horseshoe tradition to build class affinity
7.7 Explore methodologies for support grant submission:
- 7.7.1 Increase number and total amount of grant awards
- 7.7.1.1 Increase number of grant applications
- 7.7.1.2 Communicate appropriate gran opportunities to related departments
- 7.7.1.3 Explore incentives to engage faculty & staff in the grant writing process
