Morrisville State men’s soccer conquers SUNY Cobleskill 1-0

COBLESKILL, N.Y. – The Morrisville State men’s soccer team beat SUNY Cobleskill 1-0 today in Cobleskill. The Mustangs’ overall record rises to 8-6-1.

Andrew Brobbey (Bronx, NY) scored the only goal of the game unassisted 52 minutes into the game.

Goalkeeper Shane Sullivan (Sherrill, NY) shut out SUNY Cobleskill, saving three and playing all 90 minutes in net.

Mack Curran (Cooperstown, NY) tallied the loss in goal, with 90 minutes of play and five saves in the game.

The Mustangs return home on Oct. 26 to face Keuka College on Drake Field at 6 p.m.

Morrisville State College offers more than 80 bachelor and associate degrees and options. Considered to be one of the most technologically advanced colleges in the nation for its ThinkPad University program and wireless technology initiative, the college recently became the first in the nation to comprehensively replace landlines in residence halls with individual cellular phones. The Morrisville State College Norwich Campus offers associate degree programs in accounting, business, computer systems technology, office administration, liberal arts transfer, nursing, early childhood, criminal justice and human services to south central New York residents and employers. Students may also apply coursework to other associate or bachelor degrees at the main campus.
