Morrisville State wrestling 0-3 at Messiah Quad Duals

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Junior Justin Delamothe (Cross River, NY) went 3-0 for the Mustangs at 125 pounds, but it wasn’t enough as Morrisville State fell short in three dual matches Saturday at the Messiah College Duals.

Kings College recorded the victory on the mats over Morrisville by a 36-8 final. Gettysburg won 31-9 and Messiah posted a 33-11 win over the Mustangs on the day.

Against Kings, Delamothe posted a technical fall victory by a score of 18-2, before edging Gettysburg opponent 7-6. Against Messiah, he recorded a major decision (13-3) to lead the Mustangs.

Morrisville State returns to the mats Wednesday at SUNY Oneonta.
