ALFRED, NY -- The Alfred University women's lacrosse team's 2011 season finale, Tuesday evening, April 26, at home against Morrisville State, was postponed due to poor weather.
The game was stopped due to heavy rain and lightning. The stoppage came 52 seconds into the contest with Morrisville leading 1-0. No decision has been made on whether or not the contest will be made up.
