Mitchell joins Morrisville State field hockey staff

MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville State College head coach, Becky Osier, has named Amy Mitchell assistant coach of the field hockey program for the 2012 season.

She will be working with the defensive unit and goalkeepers this season.

Mitchell played four-years for Kings College as a defender, starting three seasons. The co-captain and two-time Most Valuable Player for Kings was a three-time Middle Atlantic Conference All-Academic Team member. Mitchell also earned National Field Hockey Coaches Association Academic Team honors.

Earning her Bachelor of Science degree in 2002 from Kings, Mitchell pursued an MBA from LeMoyne in 2011.
