Morrisville State College to Offer Winter Term Courses

Wide variety of courses available online and at Morrisville and Norwich campuses
MORRISVILLE, N.Y.-- From Dec. 19 to Jan. 20, Morrisville State College will offer a wide variety of one-, two- and three-credit courses during its winter term. Classes will be held at both the Morrisville and Norwich campuses, with additional courses offered online.

The selection of course offerings is designed to meet the needs of current Morrisville State College students, area college students on holiday break and local residents looking to continue their education. More than 40 courses are being offered in subject areas including: accounting, communications and writing, math, information technology, social science, travel and tourism, horticulture and business.

The deadlines for registration are:
? Dec. 16 for all online classes
? Dec. 19 for classes beginning Dec. 19
? Dec. 30 for classes beginning Jan. 3

Morrisville State College offers 12 bachelor degrees and a wide variety of associate degrees and options. Considered to be one of the most technologically advanced colleges in the nation for its ThinkPad University program and wireless technology initiative, the college recently became the first in the nation to comprehensively replace landlines in residence halls with individual cellular phones. Morrisville State College was also chosen as one of the top five colleges in the nation for campus activities by Campus Activities magazine. The Morrisville State College Norwich Campus also offers programs in business, technologies, liberal arts/education transfer, and nursing to Chenango County area residents and employers.
