MORRISVILLE, N.Y. – Morrisville State College Athletic Director, Greg Carroll, has recently named Brian Ellithorpe head volleyball coach for the upcoming 2007 season.

While at Cazenovia, Ellithorpe has served as the high school volleyball camp director and served as a coach at the Baldwinsville Summer Volleyball camps for several years. In 2000, he was the assistant coach for the Open Women’s Volleyball team for the Empire State Games.

Aside from coaching volleyball at Cazenovia High, Ellithorpe also teaches physical education. He has served as the varsity boys cross-country coach and girl’s varsity golf coach at Cazenovia since 1998.

Ellithorpe graduated from SUNY Cortland with a master’s degree in physical education in 1999.
