Internship Benefits

  • Internships give students the ability to explore potential career paths while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
  • Internships complement and enrich a student's academic program by helping to connect classroom theory with its application in a business, government, or non-profit agency environment.
  • Internships can increase student readiness for paid employment and often lead directly to employment with the sponsoring organization.
  • Internships are tailored to meet students' academic and career learning objectives.
