As the institution of higher education in Chenango County, the Norwich Campus works closely with local agencies to address current and projected employment needs in this field in the local area.

Graduates of the program may work in agencies such as: Opportunities for Chenango, Chenango County Health Network, Chenango County Department of Social Services, Chenango County Catholic Charities, Dispute Resolution Center, Chenango County Office for the Aging, Pathfinder Village, as well as other human services agencies.

Admissions Requirements

Students must be prepared to enter Composition and Research (ENGL 101) and Intermediate Algebra with Trigonometry (MATH 102). Students who do not demonstrate the ability to meet these minimum requirements will be required to successfully complete preparatory coursework and skill-building classes before admission to the Human Services degree program.

Once students have met admission requirements, they will be allowed to transfer into the Human Services program.
