Psychology Personal AdjustmentSOCS 241- Psychology of Personal Adjustment This course examines personal growth and adjustment throughout the life span, encompassing theory research and practical applications. Topics include: theories of adjustment, characteristics of the healthy personality, interpersonal relationships, adjustments to school, work and retirement, understanding and managing stress, human sexuality and strategies for coping and adjustment. Prerequisite: SOCS 105 3 credits
