Course Description

Intro Total Quality Management

This course introduces students to the philosophy, concepts, and practices of total quality leadership. The course will introduce students to total quality philosophy and concepts, total quality teams, problem-solving and decision-making techniques and tools used in total quality and the total quality focus on customers. Prerequisites: BSAD 100 or 116 or permission of instructor 3 credits (3 lecture hours)

Admissions Requirements

Freshman: Desired: two units each of defined math and science and vocational agriculture. 

Transfer: Students who plan to transfer to a four-year program should elect appropriate science courses such as biology and/or chemistry, and mathematics.
