ESCI 330 - Farrier Science
This course is designed to teach students the science of trimming, shoeing and resetting shoes on a variety of horses, based on an understanding of the anatomy of the horses hoof and lower leg structure. Students will learn to use a forge to make different shoes. Prerequisite: ESCI 110, ESCI 130 2 credits (1 lecture hour, 3 laboratory hours), fall semester
