What "fun fact" can you tell us about Morrisville that is not well known?

"Morrisville recently created their own brand called 'Morrisville Fresh'. Morrisville Fresh was created by the Agriculture Business program. They create, market, and sell products that are locally grown and processed. Some products include Slather Sauce, Apple Splashers, Maple Madness, and Pina Salsa. Morrisville Fresh also sells hydroponically grown butter crisp lettuce and fresh cheese curds. The Agriculture Business students take pride in the production of local foods that they help create."

Course Description

Business Organization & Mgmnt

This course covers the introduction to concepts of management, development of management thought, and management environments. Special emphasis is placed on the functions of managers including planning and decision making, organizing and staffing, leading, motivating, communicating, and controlling. Review of social responsibility management ethics and workplace diversity is covered. Prerequisite: CITA 101 or OFFT 100 and 109, or permission of instructor Co-Requisite: ENGL 100 3 credits (3 lecture hours), fall or spring semester

Admissions Requirements

A minimum score of 450 English and 500 Math SAT scores are required.  

Students may transfer into this degree program after successfully completing an A.A.S. in Horticulture or a related field.Students who have completed transferable, college level course work may receive admission to the program on a case-by-case basis. A minimum 2.2 cumulative grade point average is required for transfer students.
