Course Description

Plant Propagation

This course involves the evaluation, analysis, and application of the scientific theoretical and technical practices of sexual and asexual plant propagation. The concepts to be explored utilizing observation and experimentation include division and separation, layering, grafting, budding, cuttings, micropropagation, and seed propagation. Pre-requisite: BIOL 102 or permission of instructor This course satisfies the Liberal Arts and Sciences requirement and the SUNY General Education Requirement for Natural Science.
