Western/World Civ to 1500

SOCS 103- Western/World Civilization to 1500 A world historical survey from ancient times to 1500. Main themes revolve around social and technological changes influenced by geographical environments and occasionally interacting cultures and civilizations. Admissions Requirements

A high school average of 80 or greater, 3 units of Regents math or equivalent and minimum SAT scores of 500 in math and 450 in verbal. Transfer students must have a GPA of 2.75, 3 units of Regents math or college math equivalents, and a basic literacy with computers.

Morrisville State College has a rolling admission policy; notification of acceptance begins November 1. SAT or ACT exams are recommended, and an on–campus interview is encouraged.
