Copper Turret Restaurant
At Morrisville State College, students in hospitality programs have the opportunity to learn and work in a real-world environment in the college's full-service restaurant, The Copper Turret.
Located in the middle of the village of Morrisville, this historic structure includes a full restaurant, wireless classroom, learning kitchen, locker rooms, and additional facilities for both customer service and student learning. Students learn theory in class and then are able to use these skills in the restaurant, from buying and pricing food to preparation and serving.
Students have access to state–of–the–art technology and a campus–wide computer network accessible with their laptop computer. Students also have access to on–campus learning labs, including gaming and casino management laboratories.
