Business Law 1

This course incorporates the fundamental concepts of the law of business and commerce important to business. Contracts, agency, and negotiable instruments with emphasis on the Uniform Commercial Code become part of the course. Admissions Requirements

Math preparation is important for this program and students should have completed math through NY State Math A or the equivalent with grades of at least B–. One year of science is also required.

Morrisville State College has a rolling admission policy; notification of acceptance begins November 1. SAT or ACT exams are recommended, and an on–campus interview is encouraged.
