Students have access to state–of–the–art software through a campus– wide computer network and through laptop computers. Student laptop use is integrated into every accounting course. The accounting program participates in IBM ThinkPad University and a laptop computer is integrated into the teaching and learning environment.

Math preparation is important for this program and students should have completed math through NY State Math A or the equivalent with grades of at least B–. One year of science is also required.
Morrisville State College has a rolling admission policy; notification of acceptance begins November 1. SAT or ACT exams are recommended, and an on–campus interview is encouraged.
