Course Description
Design Managing Org TrainingIn this course students will apply theories of adult learning and instructional development to the design, delivery, and evaluation of training for organizational and end-user information systems. Topics include: needs assessment, instructional design and strategy, live and mediated instruction, implementation management, evaluation and follow-up methods, and evaluation of training strategies. Prerequisite: BSAD 300, or permission of the instructor 3 credits (2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours), fall semester
