Design Managing Org Training

In this course students will apply theories of adult learning and instructional development to the design, delivery, and evaluation of training for organizational and end-user information systems. Topics include: needs assessment, instructional design and strategy, live and mediated instruction, implementation management, evaluation and follow-up methods, and evaluation of training strategies. Admissions Requirements

New students: SAT: Math 500, Verbal 450.

Transfers: 3 units of Regents math (or equivalent college math), demonstration of basic computer literacy, GPA of 2.5 or better.

Morrisville State College has a rolling admission policy; notification of acceptance begins November 1. SAT or ACT exams are recommended, and an on–campus interview is encouraged.
