Course Description
Network AdministrationStudents will use a variety of network management tools to manage, monitor, support and troubleshoot network operations. Topics will include performance issues, end-user accounts, data security, disaster recovery, supporting applications and documentation. Prerequisite: CITA 230 or permission of the instructor 3 credits (2 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours), fall semester
