Proficiency Testing
Proficiency exams are offered to students who wish to test out of various keyboarding courses. Up to four credit hours may be earned by taking the keyboarding proficiency exams at the beginning of each course offering. Students may create flexibility in their schedules and concentrate on other courses by opting out of courses in which they are already proficent. Proficiency testing provides the college credit that students need to progress toward their degree. Students do not need to attend class once they pass these exams.
