Introduction to organizational behavior and human relations with emphasis on developing skills in dealing with human behavior, particularly as it exists in business organizations. Motivation, leadership, communications, group behavior, organizational change, personality, negotiation and conflict management are topics covered in this course. 3 credits (3 lecture hours), fall or spring semester
