The Copper Turret

In addition to traditional classes at Morrisville State College, hospitality students have the amazing opportunity to attend classes at the Copper Turret Restaurant. Owned by the Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation, the Copper Turret is located in the heart of Morrisville and is open to the public.

The staff at the Copper Turret is dedicated to ensuring that the restaurant meets its academic mission. They, along with the faculty, have a true passion for the industry and instill it in everyone who comes in contact with the restaurant.

The integration of the Copper Turret restaurant with college courses offers students an opportunity to gain real-life restaurant experience. Students will work in every capacity at the Copper Turret beginning with Quantity Foods (FSAD 101) and ending with a six-credit Management course.

The Copper Turret experience is one that students will never forget.
