Surveillance & Security Tech

This lecture series will survey the security and surveillance controls and emerging technologies of the gaming industry. An overview of the daily operations of a gaming facility will be presented. Attendees will acquire an understanding of the gaming industry, its environment, and the role of technology. Admissions Requirements

First-year students
A minimum combined verbal, math and written SAT score of 1400 or a minimum composite ACT score of 19. 

Transfer Students
Transferring students should possess an associate degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, or a closely related field and have successfully completed courses that are equivalent to CJUS 101, CJUS 201, CJUS 202, CJUS 230 and CJUS 231. Students who have completed associate degrees in other areas or who have completed the associate degree without successfully completing courses that are equivalent to CJUS 101, CJUS 201, CJUS 202, CJUS 230 and CJUS 231 may apply for acceptance with the understanding that time to degree completion may be increased.
