"I got a ‘crash course’ in what it means to be a real journalist through Morrisville’s Journalism degree program.  I was exposed to the ins and outs of print, radio, and television with real-world, hands-on learning.  With the personal attention I received from my professors and fellow students, I graduated with the skills it took to be a success in this business.  I was challenged to dig deeper and really look at journalism as an important public service.  It’s a responsibility I take seriously.  Every day I go to work I rely on something I learned at Morrisville.  It’s an experience I’m grateful to have.  As I encounter journalists from other schools, I’m proud to let them know I am, and always will be, a Mustang."
