Second Semester Final Project: Precedent of an Italian Garden Design May 1998 Objectives: DESIGN A FORMAL GARDEN INCORPORATING THE ISSUES DEFINED IN PREVIOUS PROJECT. BY MAKING A SERIES OF DIAGRAMS THAT WILL SHOW DESIGN PROCESS. THEN INCORPORATE THEM INTO A COHESIVE “PARTI” DIAGRAM THAT REPRESENTS THE FORMAL IDEAS OF THE GARDEN. FINALLY CREATE A FORMAL GARDEN PLAN, FINAL SCHEME SHOULD INCLUDE TREES, WALLS, PLANTS ETC. CORRECTLY ALONG WITH TWO SECTIONS. WE WILL BE WORKING WITH REAL WORLD PLAN SIZE OF 192' X 384'.THE SITE AND EDGE CONTOUR LINES ARE A GIVEN. AS A GROUP OF THREE COMBINE EACH FINAL DESIGN TOGETHER TO COME UP WITH A COHESIVE PARTI DIAGRAM. ALL DRAWINGS SHOULD HAVE SCALE OF 1” = 20' -0” AND MODEL AT A SCALE OF 1/4” = 1' -0”. SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED OF PLYWOOD AND 2 X 4's TO REINFORCE PERIMETER
