Course Description
Business Organization & MgmntThis course covers the introduction to concepts of management, development of management thought, and management environments. Special emphasis is placed on the functions of managers including planning and decision making, organizing and staffing, leading, motivating, communicating, and controlling. Review of social responsibility management ethics and workplace diversity is covered. Prerequisite: CITA 101 or OFFT 100 and 109, or permission of instructor Co-Requisite: ENGL 100 3 credits (3 lecture hours), fall or spring semester
