Course Description

Social Psychology

This course examines the relationship between the individual and the group, the influence of culture and of institutions on humans, factors in the development of social attitudes, the psychology of mass movements and of social decisions. Prerequisite: PSYC 101 or equivalent, or permission of instructor 3 credits (3 lecture hours) These credits count toward the Social Sciences (list C) requirements for graduation.

Admissions Requirements

Students wishing to enter this program must meet the following requirements:
Minimum SAT scores of 500 in math and 450 in critical reading.

Desired: Math through pre-calculus and general chemistry.
