Math & Science A.S. - Physics Concentration :: Program Facilities

Recently renovated physics classrooms are furnished with state-of-the-art teaching-aid equipment that includes modern projectors, document cameras, audio equipment, internet access and video connections. The classrooms take advantage of the college-wide wireless network access which allows for an easy connection to the internet and the MSC network drives.

The physics lab are equally well-equipped to meet the needs of hands-on instruction. In addition to standard equipment required for lab experiments in the areas of mechanics, sound, thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, and optics, the labs have wireless network access along with a number of computers, computerized data acquisition systems, a projection system, document camera, and audio-video equipment.
