Course Description
Introductory Physics ITheory and mathematical analysis of units and methods of measurements, vector quantities, kinematics, Newton’s laws, friction, potential and kinetic energy, and linear momentum. Also includes topics in torque, simple machines, and fluids. Co-requisite: MATH 102 or equivalent 4 credits (3 lecture hours, 2 laboratory hours), fall or spring semester This course satisfies SUNY General Education Requirements for “Natural Sciences”. These credits count toward the Math and/or Science (List B) requirements for graduation.
